Book now

Presentation from the session downloadble here

We appreciate that everyone is working from home at the minute and that is bringing its own set of challenges.  With everything else that is going on, the MRG is looking to arrange a series of wellbeing sessions to help its membership through these difficult times and the first is a session on Stress Management.  It is a really useful session but also great fun – it is also free to all MRG members so book your ticket for this Zoom session on 23rd February at 4pm-5.30pm.  Places are limited so get in quick, and then please let us know if you end up not being able to join us.

About Our Speaker

Kevin Moore is one half of BDLD – a social enterprise specialising in delivering energetic, enjoyable training and webinars relating to mental health in the workplace. He has a broad occupational background including the police, public house management and senior leadership roles, and is known for his larger-than-life size and presence. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Employability Professionals and RSA in recognition of his contribution to removing the stigma around mental ill health in the workplace.

About the Session

Kevin will be delivering BDLD’s ever-popular session on stress management. He will help delegates explore the nature of stress, its positive and negative forms and how we can all increase our ability to manage it well. To enable audience participation, Kevin will be using the Wooclap platform to ask questions along the way, with all delegates able to respond anonymously and build the session around the stressors of our sector. Log on to the session on a computer, but to be able to “clap”, make sure that you bring your mobile phone to the session too!

We’re looking to run some other Wellbeing sessions so please let me know if you have any thoughts/ideas/wishes.
